Wiser Ltd is the culmination of Karen & Tim Goldstein’s work and business careers. Wiser Ltd was formed in 2015 after selling the majority of A2Z Corp which they had started in 2005. Wiser Ltd’s goal is to combine all of their experience in both the entrepreneurial, small business, and corporate worlds along with their life skills and extensive training in communication to offer unique training which helps companies and individuals understand neurodiversity, improve communication, and drive innovation.

Tim has an specializes in creating concepts and methods to help other autistic individuals like himself. He has shared his ideas at companies such as Google, SAP, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Looker, Ping Identity and more as well as Universities including Cornell and Vanderbilt.

Wiser's initial areas of concentration is Autism & Neurodiversity awareness. Tim excells at teaching how to fit the unique skills of these individuals to employers needs and how to manage and support these unique individuals.

We are also investing heavily in developing skills, knowledge, and practical hands on experience in career fields that neurodistict individuals could prosper in. We have invested in understanding the skills of microbiology with our hands on training lab. We have vast experience in manufacturing and machining that spans from the hobbyist level to a company with global reach. We continue to research and grow our experience in fields that are suitable for the neurodistinct individual to pursue as an entrepreneur. This includes the fields of futures trading, course development, and training and development in the tech industry.
